Welcome to Foxy's Football Islands! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Foxy's Football Islands mobile application ("App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Foxy's Football Islands grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use the App to:
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Foxy's Football Islands and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without the prior written consent of Foxy's Football Islands.
The App may offer virtual items and other in-app purchases. All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using your account. Prices and availability of in-app items are subject to change without notice.
The App may include a virtual currency ("Coins") that can be purchased with real money or earned through gameplay. Foxy Coins can be used to acquire virtual items within the App. Coins have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. All sales of Coins are final and non-refundable.
Foxy's Football Islands reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, with or without notice and without liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Foxy's Football Islands makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foxy's Football Islands shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party; (iv) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App; and/or (v) any other matter relating to the App.
Foxy's Football Islands reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Foxy's Football Islands is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
